Cancel 3 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is $25 not including tax. Cancellations made before 3 PM MT 3 days or more prior to arrival date will be charged 25 dollars plus a 5pct handling fee. Cancellations made after 3 PM MT within 3 days of the
