Powder Run condos are 2 and 3 bedroom units located 200 yards from the base of Deer Valleys Snow Park Lodge. These units come with full service kitchens and hot tubs on the outside decks. The Deer Valley shuttle system runs during the ski season every 20 minutes. The Park City bus system also runs several times per hour. All units have underground parking. Living area is spacious for the entire family to watch movies and play games.

Directions

Please watch for wild moose, elk and deer. As you leave SLC Airport, watch signage and take I-15 South and then I-80 east towards Denver/Cheyenne and drive approximately 20 miles. Exit right at Park City - Kimball Junction Exit 145. Heading south you will be on Highway 224. Drive through 7 signal lights and at the 8th traffic signal, make a left onto Deer Valley Drive. This corner has Jans Sports on the left and Cole Sport on the right. Stay in the right lane prior to entering the Old Town Roundabout, follow it around and get off at the Deer Valley Drive exit. This brings you through a residential neighborhood. Deer Valley Plaza address is 1375 Deer Valley Drive and is just past the sandstone bridge where the road forks, and you will take the right fork. The building is dark green with tan trim on the left. Turn into the driveway and park. The front desk is in the main floor lobby on the right side. Take 4th South to Foothill Drive and follow to I-80 East. Take the Cheyenne exit and head east on I-80 to the Park City Exit 145. Follow the above instructions from Highway 224 to Deer Valley.

Follow Highway 189 north through Provo Canyon. You will arrive in Heber City and turn left at the junction of Highway 189 and Highway 40 . Follow Highway 40 north to the Park City/Kamas exit -about 15 miles-. Turn left onto Highway 248 heading west to the second stop light. Turn left onto Deer Valley Drive and follow the road into Deer Valley. Follow directions to your check in point.

Powder Run Condos at Deer Valley are located 200 yards from the slopes at Deer Valleys SnowPark Lodge. Access by free shuttle is available during ski season every 20 minutes. Powder run is located 1.5 miles from main street in Park City.

During Summer Apr10-Dec1/05 a 1 night deposit is required at time of booking. During Winter Dec3/04-Apr9/05, Dec2/05-Apr9/06 a 2 night deposit is required, with the balance of the stay due 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

Through the internet site where your reservation was booked, cancellations must be made 46 days prior to arrival, cancellation fee of 75.00USD for all cancellations
